I live in SE Iowa, and am the pastor of three small United Methodist Churches - Agency, Eldon, and Batavia. I am married, have five grown children; my wife also has five grown children, and between us we have 12 grandchildren, who are very important to us. I have a Master's Degree in American History from the University of Southern Mississippi. Retired Air Force.

I am very interested in all types of sports, but particularly football, baseball and basketball. Am particularly interested in sports history (Colts). Play golf, and enjoy reading -- presently reading Tony's new book.

Since I spent twenty years in the Air Force, I had the opportunity to see most of Asia, but never made it to Europe. Would go with my wife and would like to see many of the historical sites in England, France, Germany, Russia, and Italy.
