More thoughts: june 4
OK great headway has been made! Tom Web has said yes to renting his house on the water, I will be getting the top floor, 3 bed two bath, and the outside Tiki hut is ours as well. This should take care of 3 couples...so if your looking for a place while your down just talk to me. His Boat is a "Mostlikely" On that subject I did get another boat "Reefections" it a 45ft boat and it comes with a capt.(thanks Dick). I am still waitting to hear from some people to find out when they are comming in.

I've been talking to a friend (Tom Webb) about renting his house on the water for some of the guests. I should know somthing by Friday. on that thought who still needs a place to stay? i need to Be thinking about a plan "b" if anyone has some ideas let me know.
OUTLINE OF THE WEDDING as of May 25th
On 08-08-08 we need everyone to be ready to board the boats early in the morring (a more precise time will come later). We will also need an extra captain, so if anyone wants to volunteer please let us know. The boats will take us off-shore of John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park where the Christ of the Abyss statue is located. The statue is about 20 feet deep at the base and 11 ft. deep at the top of the hands, so snorkeling allows a great view as well as scuba diving. We will meet up with Capt. Slate at the site and he will perform the nuptuals underwater. After the ceremony we hope to have some free time for pleasure diving & snorkeling before the return trip to land. In the evening, we will go to Marker 88 (restaraunt on the gulfside at mile marker 88) for dinner and a small reception. We thought what better way to celebrate our 08/08/08 wedding than at Marker 88!
TIMELINE
As of now, we know.....
- Monday 08/04/08 Marsha and friend Jerald will arrive
- Monday 08/04/08 Cindy, Jerry, Alex, and Courtney will arrive
- Tuesday 08/05/08 Mark and Sandy will arrive 6:15pm
- Wednesday 08/06/08
- Thursday 08/07/08 Prep work and cake baking will commence
- Friday 08/08/08 Boats must be picked up in the morning
- We will be out on the water approximately 4 hours and then we will have until 8pm to clean up and meet at Marker 88 for dinner and drinks.
- Sunday Mark & Sandy leave
