WOW!!Ithought the Saturday Open House at The Luke was awesome. The Season Ticket Holder Tour was sooooo much more awesome I can't even express it. So many of the areas that were closed on Saturday were open on Sunday.
First of all, I was able to sit in my seat WHAT A VIEW. I can't wait to see game action from my vantage point in section 129. After sitting in my seat I joined the line to go down on the field, even though I had done that on Saturday. Boy was I glad I did. I was able to enter the Colts locker room!!It is amazing, horseshoes everywhere, wood lockers, our guys are living in luxury.
While down on the field I saw the cheerleaders up close practicing, Ken I got some great shots just for you, although I think all you guys will enjoy them. I also was on the big screen!!
I went up to the top level and saw both of my banners, as well as Cam's Deryl's, Tammy's and Tammy's, and Grant's, and Ray's and Me and Carolyn together, oh gosh I know I a forgetting some, I took pics of everybody's. Unfortunatelyl I left my camera at my boss's house today so I won't be able to post the pics till later this week or weekend when I get my camera back :(
But I digress. I met Forest and Charlotte Lucas and they signed my ticket, I ate onion rings and had a beer!! Good food and beverages at The Luke.
There was live entertainment again, it was just a party atmosphere all afternoon. My one disappointment was that after a half hour of looking I never found my brick. Hopefully I will at some point get a map and find it next Sunday.
Anyway, Both tours were fantatstic. I know there were some snafus but all in all I think they did a very good job getting poeople through. I spent almost seven hours in two days at The Luke and still can't wait to go back. If you haven't gone, you have to see this magnificent stadium. If you have gone, share with me what your favorite experience was.
CO COLTS!!!!
