The files of my youth pastors' kids are now out of MOI!! (I'm not sure what that is, but it is a step in the adoption process that they have been in since January). Now they are waiting on immigration to print new passports for the kids and then once that is done they get Visas issued and then they go get the kids!!

My dad adopted a child from the Phillipines and sadly, had many of the same probblems. It took the better part of a year for him to finish getting paperwork and then sending it off again. It's nuts the way it is handled.
