COLTS vs. da Bears

Well...what do you say about last Sunday's game against the Bears.  I was so dissappointed by the outcome that I haven't been on MyCOLTS since Sunday.

For me the highlight of the game was the first Peyton to Marvin connection.  It was fantastic to see those two together again.  Pretty much the rest of the game stunk like bad cheese.  There were a few good moments, but very few.  Our boys in blue just weren't with it.  On the good side that first loss is done and behind us.  We don't have to hear the sports guys speculating on how many they will win before they lose.  Now the rest of the season is ahead of us.  I'm sure that after last Sunday's game against the Bears, our boys are working extra hard to improve and have a MUCH better outcome this weekend against the Vikings.  I do want to say that the Bears just played better.  They wanted the win more than our guys did, and they got it.  Congrats to them.  I really didn't expect them to play so well.  I am looking forward to a fantastic COLTS rest of the season.  GREAT things are ahead for us all!  It looks like Jeff Saturday will be back sooner over later.  He is due to practice with the team this week.  Dallas Clark was injured in the Bears game and will likely miss some gametime.

In other injury news....  Tom Brady was injured in the Patriots game last weekend, and will be out for the rest of the season.  WE all want him to have an off game...but this.  As NFL fans, not just COLTS fans, we have to feel for him, the team, and their fans.  Heck, we have to feel for the game of football.  It will not be the same this season without Tom Brady playing.  It will not be the same beating the Patriots without him at the lead.  I wish him a speedy recovery.

...now on to next week.  GO COLTS!  KICK SOME MAJOR BUTT!!! BEAT THOSE VIKINGS!!!

I hate Brady and his attitude, but I must say I hate to see this happen to anyone, even him. I wish him a speedy recovery too. Our Colts will be fine. sunday was a bad day, but like you said, at least... The pressure of the media is off, and we're flying under the radar again.

I Agree. I can remember when Patriots quaterback Drew Bledso was sidelined with chest tubes in him and a rookie quaterback named Tom Brady stepped in the week they played the Colts. I thought it would be an easy win for the Colts. It did not turn out that way. Brady carved up our defence. We wen home with out tails between our legs. Possibly Castle can do the same.
