| About Me |
|
Well, basically I'm a 21 year old University student. I am currently majoring in communication studies and cultural studies/critical thinking. I am hoping to one day get into PR. I'm actually from Toronto, Canada, but the site doesn't allow the option for Canadian fans, or at least that is what I've found so far...so I filled in whatever so I could join.
I was actually born in California, but moved when I was a baby up here to Canada. I'm Swedish as well. I'm a rather large 'jock'. I've been playing ringette (which is very similar to hockey) for 16 years, as well as hockey, basketball and baseball. 3 years ago I played football for the first time and never turned back. I play for the university that I go to on one of our five woman's flag football teams. I am a defensive tackle and nothing brings me more joy then running over the o-line, haha.
How did I become a Colts fan I suppose is the last thing I'll cover. I bartend as a part time job and for a year or so I worked in a sports bar. The only games people ever wanted to watch on Sunday's were the Colts, go figure. So as the only team I could really follow I decided they would be 'my boys' from there on and lucky for me they won the superbowl that year. I have since then gone Colt Crazy and cannot get enough. I watch every game surf all the websites and have spent a ridiculous amount of money on Colts gear and am super angry that you can only get Harrison, Wayne and Manning Jersey's in Canada and there is not a wide variety of stuff either. I ordered my Addai Jersey off ebay. As for the games themselves, some of the girls and I are hoping to plan a road trip down to a game this coming season, I believe it is about a seven or eight hour drive. I've been to only two NFL games, both in Buffalo as it's only an hour from here. I've never had more fun in my life so I cannot imagine what a game with the Colts would be like!
I'm on here to basically chat with people and see what being a Colts fan really entails. Hopefully, if I ever get down to a game, I can get some good pointers so I'm all set. That in mind any recommondations, close hotels, fun bars near the stadium, etc would be great if you want to share.
Cheers!
P.S. Recently I deleted a lot of my photos due to some serious creepiness from other site members. On that note, fella's, I appreciate the comments, HOWEVER one...please keep it PG --> keep in mind this is a football site and not some dating/porn site where I have to accept your comments, and two...you really do NOT need to comment on every photo. Again, I appreciate the thought behind it, but it's sort of just annoying. If you wanna chat that's cool, but please don't think I'm on here to meet guys, because I am not.

Bartend, drink beer, watch sports, play sports, and of course...shop. haha I have to do something girly. I guess when it comes down to it, I just love relaxing, joking around and having a good time with good friends and good family....what more can you ask for, right?

If I could go anywhere hmmm...it would really depend. Being Swedish I love going there every chance I get, HOWEVER if I were to go somewhere simply for fun, I'd have to take a group of close friends and head to The Atlantas in Bahamas, best trip I've ever been on and can't wait to go again. I'd gamble (black jack) and lie in the sun drinking pina colada's and beers :P and then dance the night away.
Of course, my dream is to get to a superbowl game. First to a Colts game, but wow that would be the best day of my life. Hopefully when I'm older and financially settled, I'll be able to get season tickets to the Colts games and fly down on weekends :P. Wouldn't that be something?
